Dentists in England have recently been told they can reopen in June to see patients for face to face appointments ....as long as they have in place appropriate safety measures.
We have as a Practice been steadily working on our opening procedure whilst we were in lockdown and will be ready to start seeing patients as soon as our stock of enhanced PPE arrives.
This is essential before we are allowed to open our doors to you and we are hoping for delivery soon.
As such we do not have a specific opening date for the Practice.
What we can say is that as soon as we do have the enhanced PPE we will be contacting all those patients who have called us with tooth problems over the last couple of months. We have developed a triage system which will prioritise those in acute pain with swellings, infection and broken teeth.
It will be a slow start as you can imagine as we take every precaution necessary to keep you and our staff safe but we are happy that we can finally get back to actually seeing our patients for face to face dentistry.
Please continue to call us on 0207 385 8366 or email the practice at email@example.com if you have a dental emergency so we can triage you and place you in the system as a priority. Those who need routine dental care please bear with us for just a little while longer.
Please do not turn up at the Practice. All communication for now has to be via email or voicemail.
We will be welcoming you all safely to the Practice over the next few weeks and will update you regularly as things progress.
Stay safe and see you all very soon!
